How to Book Your Trip

Booking your Nepal adventure with Alpine Treks Nepal is quick and secure.

Step 1: Send us your preferred trip details through the inquiry or booking form.

Step 2: Our travel consultant will confirm availability and provide your final itinerary and quotation.

Step 3: Submit a copy of your passport and complete the booking form.

Step 4: Pay the required booking deposit to secure your reservation.

Step 5: Receive your official booking confirmation, payment receipt, and pre-departure travel information.

Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send a written confirmation by email.

Booking Deposit

A booking deposit is required to reserve your trip and begin arranging services such as hotel reservations, domestic flights, trekking permits, transportation, guides, and other logistics.

The remaining balance can generally be paid before the trip begins, according to your confirmed booking agreement.
